What’s the position?
As a Compliance QA Engineer, you will be tasked with an important role of testing both internal tools and app functionality across our platform to ensure core functionality, regulatory compliance and improve overall performance. This position is encouraged to think outside of the normal testing scripts and attempt to stress break intended flows. The goal is to harden app and platform functionality through rigorous testing and implement automation to ensure that prior bugs remain resolved.
Reporting Directly to the Senior Director of Technical Compliance.
Coordinate testing compliance process, including the preparation of testing plans, the execution of internal review, and the management of findings (bugs) and corrective actions.
Develop and write detailed testing documentation for unique test cases, test plans and expected results.
Create and manage Jira pages and utilization of in-house resources.
Work with internal development teams and key stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance of product changes.
Perform testing of proposed platform changes to ensure technical compliance.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a high-stress, fast-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, paying attention to detail and meeting assigned deadlines. Demonstrates high integrity, trust and strict confidentiality.
Ability to maintain excellent communication and a positive, respectful, and professional attitude and relationship with clients, employees, peers, co-workers, managers, officers, directors, regulators, tribal leaders, government agencies, vendors, outside counsel and consultants. Must demonstrate the ability to adapt to a work environment in which processes, performance standards, goals, and budget requirements change with the fluidity of an ever-evolving business. Must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when dealing with angry, impolite and/or irrational clients and employees. Must have the mental aptitude to politely and professionally mediate conflict.
What are we looking for?
5+ years of experience in QA engineering, with expertise in API testing, Web and Mobile App testing, creating sound test strategy, execution of test planning, and testing of fast breaking bug fixes.
2+ years of Gaming Industry experience.
Strong inquisitive nature for testing and working beyond the prescribed test cases.
Detail focused with strong documentation background
Ability to work in a fast paced and highly regulated industry, while still maintaining good team relationships
Proven ability to uncover and document gaps in testing.
Excellent collaboration skills with multiple teams across different US and International regions.
