Financial Compliance Coordinator

InHealth Systems & Services is an employee-owned company (ESOP – Employee Stock Ownership Program) that has Pediatric Durable Medical Equipment operations in 12 states.

The Senior Vice President is seeking an entry-level Financial Compliance Coordinator to learn and assist with:

• ESOP Administration
• 401K Administration
• Corporate Insurance Administration
• Corporate Benefits Analysis/Review
• Acquisition Due Diligence and Transition Assistance
• Corporate Tax Return Review (Independent of CPA Generated Returns)
• DME (Durable Medical Equipment) State Association Compliance

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Is looking for an entry-level position to learn from and be mentored by Senior Manager of company
• Is looking for an upwardly mobile opportunity
• Is detail oriented and organized
• Has exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Has skillset that includes OneNote, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Preferably lives in Greater Atlanta area

Compensation/Benefits

• Full-time Hybrid Position (mostly remote after initial training)
• Base Compensation - $50,000+ (commensurate with experience)
