What We Are Looking For
Baylor University is seeking a Research Compliance Specialist who will support all relevant activities in the Research Compliance Office, including protocol reviews and submissions (IRB & IACUC), conflict of interest (COI) disclosures, research-related agreements (MTA, NDAs, DTUAs, and reliance agreements), research-related HIPAA reviews, scientific misconduct, Responsible Conduct of Research, and reporting to external oversight agencies.
A Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience are required. A Master’s degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
The ideal candidate will possess a CIP, CPIA, or CHR licensure.
All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
