JOB DESCRIPTION 

Job Title:                       Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Department:                  Regulatory Compliance

Reports To:                   Regulatory Compliance Manager

SUMMARY:

Responsible to assist with Company compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Assist investigations related to regulatory non-compliance.
• Assist in establishing root cause and comprehensive fixes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Quality Control or the Regulatory Compliance Manager.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with ADs, FARs, etc.
• Ability to read and understand legal documents.
• Excellent skill level with aviation paperwork.
• Must have a good working knowledge of computers.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Have at least 2 years experience in 14 CFR Part 121 air carrier maintenance or operations.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English. 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using calculators.
