Job Title: Educational and Compliance Coach
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: Childcare Center

Competitive Wage: Starting from $36,000.00 based on qualifications and experience.


Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Educational and Compliance Coach at the childcare center. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our young students receive high-quality education and care in a safe and nurturing environment.


Key Responsibilities: Educational:

  • Develop and implement educational programs and curricula that support the development of children.
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities and lessons.
  • Observe and evaluate classroom activities and provide feedback to teachers on their practices.
  • Assist in the selection of educational materials, books, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on the progress of the children and the educational programs.
  • Communicate with families to provide updates on their children's progress and involve them in their education.
  • Plan and organize educational events and field trips for the children.
  • Ensure that the childcare center is in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards regarding education.

Quality Improvement:

  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans and strategies for the childcare center.
  • Train and coach teachers and staff on best practices in early childhood education and care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the childcare center and its programs.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the administration and staff on areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance the quality of care and education.

Both:

  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to maintain and improve knowledge and skills.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as administration, to ensure the smooth functioning of the childcare center.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a childcare center.
  • Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education and care.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for promoting the growth and development of young children.
