Director of Quality Management and Compliance

 Position Overview:

Behavioral Health Link (BHL) is seeking a Director of Quality and Compliance to lead our quality, compliance, and safety efforts. This role is essential to maintaining high standards across our call center and mobile operations. You will oversee compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards, lead quality audits, manage safety initiatives, and ensure contract adherence. Your work will directly support BHL’s mission to deliver top-tier behavioral health services, positioning BHL as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Quality, Compliance, and Safety programs, ensuring alignment with standards (CARF, NADD, DBHDD).
• Oversee contract compliance, quality auditing, and safety program for call centers and mobile operations.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership to inform improvements in service delivery.
• Prepare for and manage accreditation reviews, coordinating internal teams and regulatory requirements.
• Present at national conferences, showcasing BHL’s innovations and thought leadership in behavioral health.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years in healthcare or behavioral health; 5+ years in quality control management.
• Strong communication and technical skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced knowledge of Georgia behavioral health regulations and processes.
• Bachelor’s and Master’s in Healthcare, PhD a plus; licensed behavioral health professional preferred.

Additional Details:

Primarily remote with occasional travel or in-person meetings as required. Georgia metro Atlanta residents strongly preferred.
