ABOUT THE ROLE
Pixalate is hiring a Tech Recruiter to join our growing team in DC Washington Area. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing multiple candidates virtually while continuing to develop, refine, and manage the entire recruiting process. This candidate will focus on sales and technology roles and also serve as a backup to the HR Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the entire recruiting process from end to end, including screening resumes, proactively sourcing candidates, interviewing candidates by phone and in person, and ultimately closing candidates through negotiation
- Working closely with the executive team and other colleagues for feedback to ensure there is a strong fit
- Further developing and refining the interviewing processes to ensure scale and efficiency for the hiring process
- Build rapport with and strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a best-of-breed candidate experience
- Meticulously track hiring, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate metrics to gather data that can show how processes can be improved and made more efficient
- Be able to facilitate offers to prospective candidates including salary negotiations and speak knowledgeably about the positions job duty needs and qualifications and know Pixalate benefit plans and incentive plans
- Candidate will also assist and be back-up to HR department administrative needs when necessary
QUALIFICATION
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates from various sources and human resources administration, specifically in the technology and sales areas
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field
- General knowledge of employment laws, best practices, and compliance with job postings and requirements of Human Resources
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, have cultural sensitivity, be aware of ethical practices, and work well under pressure
- Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of LinkedIn and Google Suite
- Organized and efficient in daily tasks
