STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER
ProService is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to drive client satisfaction and business growth to new heights. In this role, you'll be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our clients, including key decision makers and stakeholders across various industries, truly becoming a trusted advisor to your contacts.
As a SAM, you'll play a pivotal role in client retention by developing tailored solutions, implementing effective strategies and ensuring rapid response to mitigate termination risks. Additionally, you'll identify opportunities for upselling, generate client referrals, and provide valuable product or service feedback to enhance our offerings.
The Strategic Account Manager will spend a lot of time meeting with clients across Oahu (>50% of time), and will be supported by a Client Project Manager who assists with resolving issues.

The base compensation for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications.
We support a hybrid working environment and this position is located in Oahu, HI.
