• Upload weekly certified payroll reports to compliance websites such as the Department of Industrial Relations, LCP Tracker, iSupplier, Elations, and EMARS.
• Assist with labor compliance startup documentation for new projects.
• Update Public Works startup documents and Fringe Benefits Statements following union local increases.
• Enter data for union reporting and Target Marketing projects on a monthly basis.
• Follow up with subcontractors regarding their labor compliance startup documents.
• Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets for subcontractors and suppliers using Microsoft Excel.
• Manage I-9 verification processes and complete DE34, W2, EDD, and EEO reporting.
• Utilize Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, for various reporting and tracking tasks.
• Apply knowledge of public works and DIR labor codes for compliance activities (a strong plus).

• Experience in a similar role in construction compliance, office, or industry is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
• Ability to assist the team with other aspects of construction office tasks.
• Familiarity with public works and DIR labor codes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
