We’re hiring an Internal Compliance Specialist to help us stay ahead of employment, privacy, and regulatory requirements as we scale. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you’ll play a critical part in keeping our operations compliant, efficient, and ready for growth. You will assist in pulling data for SOC 2 audits, oversee state business filings and labor documentation, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes, making it possible for our teams to move fast with confidence. Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)
