Job Requirements
· Provide resources, training, support and monitoring of all aspects of compliance for Affordable Housing Programs.
· Oversee all compliance reporting to ensure accurate and timely execution.
· Monitor State & Federal Management Reporting Systems annual recertification reporting, deadline dates, property & corporate level compliance operations and HOTMA compliance.
· Review LURAs, HAP Contracts, TSPs, AFHMPs, Income limits, Rent schedules, UAs policies, procedures and requirements for compliance and execution.
· Review state and federal regulations in comparison with lease addendums, certifications, affidavits, exhibits, and other compliance documents for updates.
· Ability to create systems & processes that will ensure the Regional Team is supporting the staff and creating checklist, job aids or any necessary material to support the staff.
· Oversee all licensing requirements for all states housing company portfolio.
· Ability to problem solve and respond to questions pertaining to Affordable Housing Programs compliance.
· Liaison between Management Company and all local, state and federal government agencies, syndicators, investors, auditors, and clients.
· Serve as the Section 504 Coordinator
