Description

We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking an Compliance Inspector. This role is responsible evaluating and documenting compliance requirements for the Incineration/Operations Areas to maintain regulatory requirements defined in Regulatory Operating Permits and Federal/State Regulations. Position will cross-train to support Train 1 incineration/operations inspectors and assist in Subpart BB audits as necessary. Day shift, Monday-Friday, 45 hours per week, NEW Wage $26 hourly pay, paid weekly

Responsibilities
  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
  • Conduct daily Compliance Inspections and documenting/reporting
  • Perform Daily, Weekly, Monthly Monitoring (Hydrocarbon, PSV) as required
  • Perform weekly Opacity Monitoring
  • Conduct Subpart BB/LDAR Monitoring and assist in program review
  • Maintain proper LDAR tag information & ensure correlation to P&ID’s (audits may be completed as required)
  • Assist with compliance training for area operators as needed
  • Conduct and document safety inspections for selected areas
  • Attend training and maintain certifications for equipment operation/inspections as needed
  • Other Compliance Inspections/Monitoring that may be required as needed


Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent- required
  • Highly motivated with strong work ethic 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in primary Microsoft Office applications 
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Punctuality and consistent attendance required
  • Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
  • Background check, drug screen and physical- required
